Ronaldo Achieves Unique ‘Century’ as Al Nasr Triumphs with a Double Goal

Cristiano Ronaldo’s remarkable performance led Al Nasr to a 3-1 victory over Al Khaleej in the Saudi Pro League, He scored twice and reached a significant milestone in his career.
On Tuesday (January 21), Ronaldo’s two goals helped secure a vital win for his team at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium. In the process, the Portuguese superstar reached a notable “century” milestone—recording 100 combined goals and assists for Al Nasr, marking a new chapter in his legacy with the club.
Despite Al Khaleej playing with 10 men after a red card in the 34th minute, Al Nasr dominated possession, holding 70% of the ball and taking 20 shots, although only 4 were on target. Ronaldo’s first opportunity came in the 24th minute with a shot from outside the box, which was easily saved by Al Khaleej goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic. Twelve minutes later, Ronaldo took a free kick from a similar distance, but once again, the goal eluded him.
In the second half, Al Nasr finally broke the deadlock in the 65th minute when Ronaldo scored from a perfect pass by Otavio, slotting the ball into the net with precision. Al Khaleej equalized in the 77th minute through a successful penalty from Kostas Fortunes.

In injury time, Ronaldo sealed the win with a second goal, finishing off a brilliant pass from Saad Husseini Haghani to give Al Nasr a 3-1 victory.
