Bangladesh Won the Toss and Bowled

Bangladesh was fortunate enough to win the toss in the opening Test match against India. After winning the crucial toss, Nazmul Hossain Shanto made the decision to bowl first.

Before the game on Thursday at Chennai’s Chidambaram Stadium begins, the sky is partially hazy. Shanto chose to bowl because he believed that the pacers would have an advantage in the current situation. Additionally, Rohit Sharma, the captain of India, stated that he would have decided to bowl even if he had won the toss.

Chennai is playing on a red clay wicket. When speed and bounce are expected. On a wicket like this, both teams’ combinations are comparable. India and Bangladesh are using two specialist spinners and three pacers in their game. Both teams have all-rounder as their specialist spinners.

Bangladesh XI: Shakib Al Hasan, Liton Das, Mehdi Hasan Miraj, Taskin Ahmed, Hasan Mahmud, Nahid Rana, Muminul Haque, Zakir Hasan, Sadman Islam, Nazmul Hossain Shanto, and Mushfiqur Rahim.

India’s XI: Mohammad Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah, Akash Deep, Rohit Sharma, Yashvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Lokesh Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, and Ravichandran Ashwin.
