Retired Supreme Court Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik, who was detained by Border Guard Bangladesh BGB while fleeing to India through the Sylhet border, has been sent to court through the court.
Justice Manik was sent to the Kanaighat Thana police this morning after he was detained at the border of Kanaighat upazila of Sylhet on Friday night.
