Students have taken position at Dhanmondi 32 No. in Dhaka

Since night, the road on both sides of Bangabandhu Bhavan of Dhanmondi 32 was surrounded by barbed wire. A large number of students have taken up residence in the area adjacent to Dhanmondi 32 since Thursday (August 15) morning. Ordinary people join them.

Students said that they have such a program keeping in mind that no one can sabotage with political motives. They also said that the students are vigilant that the common people should not suffer in any way due to such a position.

Meanwhile, since Wednesday (August 14) evening, there has been tension over paying homage to Dhanmondi number 32. Many people wanted to hold a program there on the occasion of mourning day but it was not possible. Students stayed there all night. Some coordinators of anti-discrimination student movement were also present.
