Today ‘Complete Shutdown’ All Over Bangladesh
Students agitating for quota reforms have announced a complete shutdown program across the country on Thursday.
Asif Mahmood, one of the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement, announced the new program in a Facebook post on Wednesday afternoon.
He said that, “We are announcing “Complete Shutdown” tomorrow 18th July in the whole country for the peaceful protest of students by police, BGB, RAB, SWAT, protesting the murder, trial of the murderers, ensuring a terror-free campus and one-point demand”.
According to this announcement, only hospitals and emergency services will open , but no vehicles will ply on the road except for ambulances.
Every School, College, Public University, Private University, Madrasa students across the country have been invited to make today’s program will be success.
